We embroider in our own workshop in Košice. We check the availability of every ordered item before payment.

- For a product personalised to your specifications, such as initials you provide, the statutory right to withdraw without giving a reason does not apply. Your rights if the goods are faulty remain unchanged.

Price and payment
Goods prices are shown in euros. A non-binding request shows the goods subtotal; delivery has not yet been priced and is not stated to be free. We include the actual delivery cost for your country and verified service, and the total amount, in the final quote before your approval and payment.
Pay by bank transfer using the details in your order confirmation. Payment is due within 3 calendar days of confirmation, unless we expressly agree otherwise. Do not pay using details from older messages or another website. Include the payment reference given in the confirmation.
We start embroidering or preparing a finished item after confirming receipt of full payment. Partial payment does not start production. We send the final invoice, showing the payment already received, when we dispatch your order; the invoice does not ask you to pay the same amount again. We use a pro forma invoice only by separate agreement. If payment does not arrive, we will agree the next steps with you; we do not charge an automatic penalty.
Embroidery, dispatch and delivery
The confirmation will state whether the hoodie is already finished or needs to be embroidered. We dispatch a finished item within 5 working days, or an item requiring embroidery within 14 working days, of confirmation of receipt of full payment. The first day of this period is the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Slovak public holidays and other statutory days of rest.
This is a dispatch period, not a delivery period. Before submitting your order, you must also receive an estimated delivery time for your chosen country and service. If you order both finished items and items requiring production, we will confirm a combined dispatch or separately agree to split the shipment. The carrier, price and any change to the timing will not be selected without your knowledge.
Accept and check the parcel. You can record damage to the packaging with the carrier and let us know; not recording it with the carrier does not remove your statutory rights. The risk of damage in transit passes to you when you receive the goods, except for the statutory exception where you independently arrange a carrier outside our delivery options.
Returns and faulty items
We embroider products to order. If we personalise a hoodie to your specifications, such as initials you provide or your own design, it is made to individual specifications and the statutory right to withdraw without giving a reason does not apply. We will confirm the specific personalisation and this exception with you before the contract is concluded. For a catalogue product without personalisation, the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt applies.
The seller is responsible for faults that existed at delivery and become apparent within the statutory period. You can find the procedure, deadlines, return costs and model notice on a separate page.
If we disagree
First, write to us about what you need resolved. If you disagree with how we handled a complaint or believe we have infringed your rights, you can ask us to remedy the situation. If we reject your request or do not reply within 30 days of it being sent, you can apply for alternative dispute resolution to an authorised body, such as the Slovak Trade Inspection. You can apply within one year of the rejection or the expiry of that period.
The Slovak Trade Inspection supervises compliance with consumer obligations. This does not limit your right to go to court. The European ODR platform is no longer operating.
The contract is governed by Slovak law. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection in your country of habitual residence where it applies to the purchase. The language of the contract is the language of the confirmed order.
